4. Grilled vegetables. Vegetables don't have to be boring. You can try grilled vegetable pitas or grilled vegetable frittatas.
These four foods will help you significantly cut calories from your diet, while at the same time increasing your intake of fruit & vegetables. This will cleanse your system, increase your energy levels.
